In our world today, it seems health is measured by BP, HDL, LDL, and HR. Diseases and syndromes are described in letters: CP, IBD, IBS, ADD, ADHD, FMS, PMS, OA, and RA to name a few. Sometimes you feel you are drowning in alphabet soup. Prescription drugs and pharmaceutical discovery destined to enhance the quality of your life have so many side effects that it would be funny if it were not so disturbing and ridiculous! Health information is contradictory.
The truth is this: Health is built at a cellular level. Cells are key. That is where the battle is won or lost.
How do you build Optimal Health? It’s really quite simple. One more multi-vitamin. One less french fry.
In other words, superior nutrition is a major factor in obtaining Optimal Health.
Reducing to eliminating exposure to harmful chemicals to create a clean environment is equally critical to reduce your body’s burden.
You may be asking yourself, “Is it worth it?”
Here’s what we believe. Health is about having energy and a sense of well-being. It’s about being active and ALIVE! Health is not about depriving yourself or missing out! Health can be as easy as it is complicated. An exact diagnosis when you are not well can be important and tracking your health with certain regular medical exams is prudent; but, by and large, many of the illnesses and diseases today are preventable.
We don’t know about you, but we can’t move to a farm where we can raise all your own fruits and vegetables, all your own meat products, and have plenty of clean, spring water. There IS another option.
